Almond Tofu

Almonds are soaked and peeled.

The beaten pulp does not need to be filtered, add sugar and milk, and boil.

Soak the agar with a small amount of cold water. After the almond paste is fully boiled, pour in the agar and mix well.

In summer, you need to cool down the almond pulp before putting it in the refrigerator. In winter, you can cool it naturally. You can add diced fruits, honey beans, brown sugar water, or honey to taste.

The prepared almond tofu, cut into pieces, add cold boiled water, put the fruit, and top with honey, ready to eat.
Tips:
1. Agar has different effects due to different brands, and the dosage can be adjusted.
2. Almond milk should be fully boiled.
3. Don't eat too much almonds at one time, pay attention to the total short-term dosage.
