Angelica Chicken Soup Pot

The grass chicken is clean, sliced ginger and knotted with green onions.

Soak the black fungus and clean it.
3.
First add water, angelica, cooking wine, ginger and green onions to boil the grass chicken, decanting the foam on it.

Add some soybean oil and simmer for an hour on low heat.

Add black fungus and cook for ten minutes on medium heat.

Add chicken blood clots and cook with salt for another ten minutes.
