Anti-cellulite and Anti-hypertensive-garlic Tianqi Fungus

Ingredients: fresh Tianqi, fungus

Ingredients: Fresh refers to pepper, shallots, garlic.

Soak the fungus, cut off the roots, wash and set aside.

Put Tianqimiao in a basin, add appropriate amount of flour to knead, rinse and set aside (washing leafy vegetables with flour is especially clean, because flour has super adsorption capacity, and the cleaning effect is stronger than detergent).

Cut the shallots, garlic, and Zhitian pepper into small pieces and place them in a bowl.

Add water to the pot. After the water is boiled, add the fungus and blanch for 3 minutes, then remove it for use.

Boil Tian Qimiao in boiling water for 1 minute and remove it for later use.

Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the wok and heat the oil until it smokes.

Pour it over the ingredients while it's hot.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, sesame oil and salt to the ingredient bowl and stir well.

Put the blanched fungus and Tianqi seedlings in a larger container, pour the sauce on top, stir well and eat (please ignore me and put the vegetables in the pot to mix).
