Apple Pie
1.
Mix the apple pie dough and mix well.
2.
Prepare the filling: first core and peel the two apples.
3.
To make the filling: first cut the apple into cubes, sugar, cinnamon powder, and butter.
4.
Put the yellowing in the pot.
5.
Add diced apples, sugar, and stir fry over low heat.
6.
I didn't like the graininess, so I took out the knife and chopped it a few times to make the graininess less obvious, so that the braid can be smoother (first trial production).
7.
Prepare an appropriate amount of starch water.
8.
Add appropriate amount of water to the apple filling, stir fry moderately, pour in starch water and stir evenly.
9.
Let the made apple pie fillings cool and set aside. .
10.
Roll the pie crust into a uniform rectangular flake, and use a roller to cut the width of the strip you need, mainly with the longest diameter in the middle.
11.
Roll the other part of the pie into a round shape.
12.
Spread the pie crust evenly on the baking tray (you should pierce some holes, but forget it).
13.
Cut into tooth-shaped pie strips for use on the baking sheet.
14.
Spread the apple pie filling in the baking tray first (if the apple is larger, the filling will be flat or higher than the edge, the effect will be better, and the first trial experience is not enough).
15.
I started to make pimps (leave more points around). It's very interesting. I use cross-diagonal knitting, which feels better than straight knitting.
16.
After finishing all the knitting, cut off the extra mould outer knitting strips with scissors.
17.
Let's take another vertical shot, it feels okay for the first try.
18.
I was so busy that I forgot to take the apple pie into the oven, and I found that I also forgot to brush the egg mixture after the baked product (hehe, fortunately, I eat it myself).
19.
The baked product looked good, but when I served it to my family, I said: "Very good and delicious", but it still needs improvement.
