Artemisia Edulis

Pick and wash Artemisia spp.

Mix oil, cornmeal and white noodles, add a little salt and chicken essence, or not add salt.

Steam on the steamer for 5-6 minutes.

After steaming, transfer to a large container, shake loose and let cool.

Steamed Artemisia can be frozen in a fresh-keeping bag, and then defrosted when you want to eat it.
