Now is the time to eat Yinchen, which can be seen everywhere in the countryside. In fact, I really knew Artemisia argyi a few days ago. I saw it before, but I didn’t know that it was Yinchen, a traditional Chinese medicine. I always thought it was a weed. Later, I discovered that it smelled of wormwood and thought it was a wormwood. Anyway, not sure what plant it is. A few days ago, my colleague said that he was going to dig Artemisia sylvestris in the outskirts of the city, saying that it was Yinchen. I was very curious, so I asked my colleague to give me some. Suddenly realized!

The white wormwood was steamed and it was delicious, but I felt that it was more delicious when it was made into a vegetable cake, without the taste of the wormwood at all. The intestinal tract was almost "unblocked" the next day after eating it!

Pan-fried White Wormwood Vegetable Cake

1. Artemisia argyi washing and controlling water, cut into pieces

2. Put in a bowl, beat two eggs, add an appropriate amount of salt and mix well, then add half of the corn flour and half of the wheat flour

3. Add a little water and stir evenly with chopsticks. Just like this, wrap the vegetable leaves with a layer of batter, not too much surface, or the cake will not taste good, put oil in a non-stick pan, heat it on a low fire, pour it into the vegetable batter and spread it out.

4. Fry on low heat until both sides are golden and ripe. Cut into pieces when you eat. Because there is cornmeal, the texture of this pie is relatively soft and crisp. It is delicious when dipped in garlic juice or chili oil.

Tips:

You don't need to put too much flour, just to have a sticky effect. If there is more flour, the taste will be very solid.
