Assorted Seafood Noodles

The ingredients are bought in the market. Seafood can be chosen at will. Shellfish should be soaked in salt water, and the sand should be spit out. The intestines should be removed from the shrimp, and the internal organs and outer membrane of the small squid should be removed.
