Every time I can’t think of what to eat for lunch, I always cook some simple dishes to deal with it. Steaming is my favorite and convenient, and adding some meat is a delicious meal.

Steamed Noodles with Mustard Ribs

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Season the ribs with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oil, and salt. After the seasoning is evenly mixed, marinate for 2 hours.

3. Rinse the powder with clean water.

4. Put oyster sauce, minced garlic, lard, soybean paste, oil, chicken powder and other seasonings in a bowl, and mix it evenly.

5. After mixing the seasoning evenly, place it on the noodles.

6. Mix the rice noodles and seasonings evenly.

7. Put on the ribs again.

8. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and steam for 25 minutes.

9. When steamed for 20 minutes, add mustard and steam until cooked.

10. Add scallions at the end and you're done.

Tips:

You can add a little chopped pepper sauce if you like it spicy.
