Auspicious Ruyi Rolls---a Lucky Head on The Spring Festival Table

Chop the meat, green onions, and ginger together into fillings.

Put the minced meat in a basin, beat in an egg, and stir evenly in one direction.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce and sesame oil and continue to stir evenly

Add thirteen incense and salt and continue to mix well. The mixed state is relatively viscous.

Take a piece of tofu skin and spread it on top of two sheets of seaweed, and finally spread the meat filling evenly on the seaweed.

Roll up from the bottom first, and stop halfway through the roll.

Wrap the two meat rolls with heat-resistant plastic wrap and put them on the plate.

Put it into the Changdi steaming oven which has been preheated at 100 degrees in advance, the middle and lower level, pure steaming mode will be enough for 15 minutes.

Tips:
1. When making minced meat, be sure to stir the ribs in one direction. This kind of minced meat tastes very good.
2. The meat filling can be made with chicken, fish or beef according to your preference.
3. When rolling the meat roll, be sure to roll it tightly.
4. Don't spread too thickly, otherwise it won't be in the desired shape when rolled up.
5. Steamed meat rolls are easier to cut into pieces when cooled.
6. Wrapped with plastic wrap is to play a fixed role, so as not to spread out when steaming, and also to prevent the steam from dripping on it, affecting the appearance of the finished product. Some people may be worried that the plastic wrap contains harmful substances. Using the kind of plastic wrap for microwave ovens, the steaming time is relatively short, which is not a big problem. Alternatively, the egg rolls can be tied up with string and steamed in a covered container.
7. Some use egg skin instead of tofu skin, you can try it. It is more convenient and time-saving to use dried tofu. If it is not too troublesome, the taste of the egg skin will be better.
8. I steamed it in a Changdi steaming oven. If you don't have one, you can steam it in an ordinary pot. Finally, steam it over medium-high heat for 13 minutes.
