Baby Shower Cake
1.
Beat the egg yolks, sugar, corn oil and milk well.
2.
Pour in the sieved low flour and cornstarch, and mix until there are no particles.
3.
Put the egg whites into a clean, water-free and oil-free container, add sugar and vinegar and beat until stiff foaming.
4.
Take 1/3 of the egg white and egg yolk paste and stir evenly.
5.
Pour into the remaining 2/3 egg white paste and stir evenly. (This time the amount is large, I mixed it by hand.)
6.
Pour it into 10-inch and 8-inch molds and shake them hard to produce large bubbles.
7.
Put it in a preheated 350F/180C oven and bake for 40-50 minutes. (The temperature of each oven is different, and the time can be adjusted according to the needs), take out the inverted button and let it cool, then the mold can be demolded.
8.
The cake is made into 2 slices each with a bread blade.
9.
Wash the strawberries and cut into small cubes.
10.
The whipped cream is added with sugar and passed until 9 is distributed. It has obvious lines, but it can flow slowly.
11.
Take a 10-inch piece of cake, spread a thin layer of cream, and sprinkle with diced strawberries.
12.
Put another 10-inch cake slice, spread a little cream in the center of the cake, put an 8-inch cake slice, and then spread the cream on top, sprinkle the remaining diced strawberries.
13.
Cover with another 8-inch piece of cake and pour in the cream.
14.
Smooth it with a spatula.
15.
Use two large kitchen knives to move the cake to the cake tray.
16.
Beat the remaining whipped cream until it is hard, take half a cup of cocoa powder, mix well, and put it into a piping bag.
17.
Drop 2 drops of pink pigment on the remaining whipped cream, mix well, and put it into a piping bag.
18.
First use a toothpick to draw a pattern on the cake, and use the cocoa cream to draw the outline.
19.
Squeeze the pectin of various colors, squeeze the lace on the edge of the cake with pink cream, and put on the bunny marshmallows to decorate.
