Baked Egg Ham Toast Slices

Use a cup to lightly press the slice of toast, and make a knife along the mark of the circle, without breaking the bottom. (If you press the toast directly with a cup, it will easily deform around the toast, or you can press it with a stainless steel round mold.)

Use a spoon to press the toast in the circle and compact it.

Spread the tomato sauce.

Add ham slices, then beat in eggs, sprinkle some salt and freshly ground black pepper, and put shredded cheese around the toast slices.

Preheat the oven in advance. Bake the middle layer at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes. Bake until the egg whites are solidified and the cheese is melted. If you like to eat a little cooked egg, you can bake it for a few more minutes.
Sprinkle some chopped parsley on the surface after baking.
