Baked Nectarines with Honey Yogurt and Pine Nuts

First, fry the pine nuts in a frying pan until golden brown and then cool. Heat the oven to 200°C. Cut the nectarine in half, remove the pits and coat with a thin layer of honey, and bake for 3 minutes

Stir the rest of the honey with the yogurt (if the honey is not dilute enough, heat it in the microwave for a few seconds), put 2 and a half nectarines on the plate and coat with honey yogurt, sprinkle a layer of pine nuts on top
