Baked Potato Balls with Cheese Bolognese

Make a cross with a knife on the top of the tomato. Make a pot of boiling water and pour it on the tomatoes; soak the tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes, pour out the water, and peel off the skin easily.

Cut the peeled tomatoes into small dices; onions and carrots into small dices.

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, add diced onion and stir fry after the oil is hot; add beef filling and stir fry until the meat changes color.

Add diced carrots and continue to fry; add crushed tomatoes.

Fry the chopped tomatoes into tomato sauce, pour in a little soy sauce to mix in an appropriate amount, add a little salt and an appropriate amount of sugar to taste, and spray a little white wine. If there is black pepper, add a little bit of taste; make a pot of water, add potato balls after the water is boiled, and add a little salt, just like usual cooking pasta, cook the potato balls.

After more than ten minutes, put the boiled potato balls into a container that can be baked in the oven; pour the fried meat sauce on the potato balls.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese strips on the meat sauce; put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for six or seven minutes. It is enough to brown the cheese when it changes color. Be careful when you bring it out.
