Yesterday's Macrobrachium looked good, so I bought it back. Originally I wanted to eat stir-fry, but later I thought about making baked prawns. So accompanied by ginger and green onions, I came with an electric pressure cooker version of scallion and ginger baked shrimp. If you like it, you can try it. The taste is really good and it is full of umami. The baked shrimp meat will not be so dry, and it will taste delicious.

Baked Shrimp with Green Onion and Ginger

1. Prepare a portion of Macrobrachium.

2. Marinate and wash the macrobrachium with fine salt.

3. After washing, add salad oil and black pepper in water.

4. Prepare another chive and sliced ginger.

5. Spread the green onion and ginger on the bottom of the pot, mix the macrobrachium and add to the top.

6. Choose a good mode and cooking method. The ribs and anhydrous bake are used here.

7. The shrimp baked with scallion and ginger is done in 30 minutes.

8. With a little soy sauce vinegar, this is an excellent snack.

Tips:

Washing the shrimp with fine salt is very clean.
