Macrobrachium with Scallion Oil

Macrobrachium, drained and set aside

Heat the oil in the pot and drop into the macrobrachium. Cover the pot immediately (to prevent the oil from spilling out)

After 30 seconds, open the lid and continue to stir fry, add: ginger garlic, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar and stir fry

Add a small bowl of water and simmer for a while to collect the juice, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and it will be out of the pot. Because the soy sauce has a salty taste, there is no need to add salt.
