Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce
1.
Choose the snowflake meat near the neck
2.
Cut into four pieces according to the desired texture, and arrange the holes with a fork to get a better taste when marinated.
3.
Dig the maltose into the bowl, add honey, five-spice powder and salt. The original Maggi soy sauce is the soy sauce that has the effect of improving freshness. I am used to using June fresh, and add a little dark soy at the end. After I add the dark soy sauce, the color is darker. If you use June fresh, just don't add soy sauce. Stir it evenly to become a thicker honey barbecue sauce
4.
Put the pierced meat into the sauce and grab it to make it taste better
5.
Seal the fresh-keeping film and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 24 hours to make the meat more delicious. Turn 2-3 times in the middle to make the taste even.
6.
The marinated meat is taken out of the refrigerator in advance and warmed up
7.
Use when baking with honey water: Pour 4 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar into a bowl, mix well, and serve. The ratio of honey and white vinegar is 2:1. This amount is not written in the ingredient list
8.
Skewer the marinated meat with bamboo skewers to prevent it from curling, then brush with a layer of honey water at 15 and 150 degrees in the oven, and bake for 20 minutes
9.
Take it out and brush the honey water again and continue to bake for another 20 minutes at 150 degrees
10.
Then brush with honey water for the third time, and finally adjust the oven temperature to 200 degrees and bake for 8 minutes on both sides.
11.
Finally, you need to observe more, the color is fine, especially if the corner part has a zoom color, it is fine, and the time must be flexible. This is the final roasted char siu pork. Only a little zoom color in the corners will do.
12.
Remove the bamboo skewers from the roasted barbecued pork, let cool and slice it.
Tips:
When roasting at high temperature, be sure to observe more and don't bake the meat. The original text is a temperature of 210 degrees-220 degrees. I did it twice, and the oven at 200 degrees is just right.
