Mojito is a cocktail from Cuba. The most classic formula is lime, mint, rum, and soda. The lime-flavored rum cocktail in the RIO series already contains lime, rum, and soda. It couldn't be easier to make a mojito. This time I changed to use basil instead of mint, with a little lemon, which is super refreshing!

Ingredients

Basil Mojito Cocktail

1. Wash fresh basil leaves and add golden sugar

2. Add lime juice

3. Use the back of a spoon to gently crush the leaves to release the aroma

4. Lemon slices

5. Pour the mixture of lemon, basil and lime juice into a glass, add half a cup of ice cubes

6. Finally, pour in the RIO Lime-flavored Rum Cocktail, garnish the mouth with lemon slices and basil

Tips:

1. You don't need to be too tangled in the recipe at home, just adjust it yourself according to taste;
2. Use the back of a spoon to lightly press the basil or mint to release the aroma, drink it as soon as possible, otherwise the leaves will change color and affect the appearance;
3. I used Taikoo golden granulated sugar, which tastes better. Actually, white sugar is also the same.
