Bee Yuzu Tea

I use red grapefruit. Wash the grapefruit, rub the skin of the grapefruit with salt, and wash off the outer layer of wax.

Cut the pomelo peel.

First use a knife to cut off the white part, and then scrape it with a spoon, leaving only the yellow part, otherwise it will be very bitter.

Boil water, boil the skins in the water for five minutes to remove the bitterness.

Remove and cut into shreds.

Add a little salt and knead for a few minutes, then remove the bitterness.

After rinsing it clean, soak it in salt water for about an hour.

Add a small bowl of water to the pot, add rock sugar and boil, the amount of rock sugar and grapefruit ratio 1:1.

Chop the pomelo meat during the boiling process.

After the icing sugar is melted, put in the grapefruit peel.

Cook until the pomelo peel is transparent.

Add the grapefruit meat and continue cooking.

This is what it looks like to boil for about forty minutes, pay attention to using a small fire.

Boil the grapefruit juice until it is thick and turn off the heat to cool down.

When it is aired to hand temperature, add honey and stir evenly, put it into a sterilized bottle and put it in the refrigerator. You can soak in water after three days.
