Beef and Lotus Root Cakes

1. Finely chop lotus root and onion; add all the ingredients except flour and mix well.

2. Knead into small cakes and roll in flour.

3. Add a little oil to the pan and fry it over low heat.

Tips:

The ratio of ground beef to lotus root is 2:1
