Beef and Radish

Wash the beef with hot water.

Cut into pieces for later use.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and blanch it out.

After blanching, wash the foam with hot water.

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour a little oil into the pan and saute the pepper, star anise and cinnamon.

Add chili, ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add beef and stir fry evenly.

Add hot water to the beef.

Prepare the radishes.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce to taste.
