Beef with Onion and Black Pepper

The beef is sliced against the grain with soy sauce, black pepper powder, sugar, cornstarch and marinated for half an hour. Vegetable ingredients are sliced for later use.

Heat the oil pan to six ripeness, pour in corn oil, stir-fry vegetables on high heat.

Add black pepper beef tenderloin and stir fry over high heat.

Add a pinch of salt, stir-fry for a while over high heat and put it into the pan.

Serve, complete.
