Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin Macaroni

Handling the ingredients, so easy! The beef tenderloin is marinated from the supermarket and is super tender. 😊 I also took a clove of garlic and chopped it.

Bring more water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Pour in the macaroni, add two tablespoons of salt, and a little oil (olive oil, peanut oil, mixed oil can be used), stir it, and let it cook. In addition, prepare a wok, heat it up, pour the oil, and a little more.

Stir fry the minced garlic with the remaining oil of the fried beef tenderloin, don't forget to stir the macaroni, and be careful to dip it in the pan

Add the vegetables one by one in the order of onion, carrot, and green pepper (because I don’t like the raw taste of onion and carrot, it will be sweet after frying). You can add these 3⃣️ kinds of ingredients and stir fry at the same time.

Add beef tenderloin, a little tomato sauce, black pepper sauce. I don't like spicy food, add a little bit of black pepper sauce to make the taste a little more layered. This brand of black pepper sauce tastes pretty good, so choose the spicy one carefully.

Add a small amount of water. At this time the macaroni is almost ready, try to see if it is soft, if it is soft, pick it up and pour it into the wok and stir evenly. Try the taste, because salt is added when the macaroni is cooked, so the macaroni already has a salty taste, and the black pepper sauce also has a salty taste, so basically you don't need to add salt again. It depends on personal preference. I added a spoonful of chicken essence after turning off the heat.
