Beef Wonton
1.
Prepare the ingredients you need. 1 Clean the small chives and cut them into chopped green onions. Add salt, pepper, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and chicken essence to the beef filling. It is springy and chewy, and it bursts into juice with a bite. It is very delicious. Finally, put the chopped shallots and the ground ginger in, add an appropriate amount of sesame oil, mix together and stir well.
2.
The beef filling is adjusted, it tastes delicious, and it smells tangy! The stuffed dumplings and steamed buns are all delicious.
3.
I took a wonton wrapper and placed it on my left hand, and put an appropriate amount of beef chive filling. Although it is a big stuffed wonton, don't put too much, otherwise it won't be able to wrap it up.
4.
First fold it up from one to the middle part.
5.
Fold it up again, that is to say, fold it twice in total. My wonton is a very simple packaging method, and everyone can learn it.
6.
Fold the two ends toward the middle, pinch them together, and pinch tightly, so that a perfect little wonton is formed. All the other beef fillings are wrapped in order.
7.
Put the right amount of seaweed, dried shrimp skin, 1 bit of salt, and right amount of chicken essence in a large bowl. Don't put it if you don't like the taste of dried shrimp or seaweed.
8.
Put enough water in the pot, boil on high heat, put the wrapped large stuffed wontons into the pot and boil. The wontons you just put in are sinking, so be careful when you stir them.
9.
When the wontons are cooked, first scoop a spoonful of soup on the seaweed and shrimp skins in the bowl, and rinse them with boiling water.
10.
Scoop the cooked wontons into a large bowl, sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped coriander, and stir evenly. A bowl of fragrant beef wontons with big stuffing is ready, it's so fragrant! I can't wait to eat it.
11.
10 minutes to make breakfast, delicious enough, nutritious, simpler than steamed buns and easier than dumplings, delicious!
