Big Eye Cookies

The butter is softened in advance.

Add powdered sugar.

Add room temperature protein (can be added in batches)

Beat evenly.

Add the high and low powder sieved in advance.

The spatula is mixed by pressing until there is no dry powder.

Try another one with some coffee powder.

Put it in a piping bag (too much is not easy to squeeze)

Squeeze it into the baking tray at intervals.

Preheat the middle of the oven at 150 degrees for about 15 minutes in advance (time and temperature are for reference only)

Squeeze the melted white chocolate first, and then the dark chocolate.
