Every year, October 31st is the eve of Halloween, a traditional Western holiday. Children will put on makeup and masks and collect candies from door to door. Nowadays, Halloween is full of desserts, pumpkins, ghosts, and spiders all sell cute. Match the witch finger biscuits made today.

Witch's Finger Cookies

1. Take out the butter in advance to soften, cut into small pieces for later use

2. Add sugar and use an electric whisk at low speed to disperse, then use a medium speed to beat until puffy

3. Add the egg liquid in batches until it is fully integrated before adding the next time

4. Sift the flour and baking powder into the butter

5. Wear disposable gloves and grab the dough until it is smooth

6. Divide evenly into dough of the same size and round them

7. Take a baking pan, if it is a normal baking pan, spread oil-absorbing paper, roll the small dough into a long strip and place it in the baking pan

8. Press the front tip of one end with your hand to place a large almond

9. Draw hand lines on the fingers with a knife

10. Preheat the oven 180 degrees in advance and put it on the middle layer for about 20 minutes.

Tips:

1. Take out the butter in advance to soften it.
2. The best length of the fingers should not be the same, the fingers will be more realistic.
