Big White Kidney Bean Paste

Wash the large white kidney beans with water, and then soak them in clean water overnight.

Peel the soaked large white kidney beans and cook them in a pressure cooker. (I use Adi pot, don’t put too much water)

Add 100 grams of water to the cooked large white kidney beans, beat them with a food processor, and sift them. Add corn oil to the wok, pour the white kidney soy milk and stir fry.
4.
When frying the big white kidney bean paste, you must be patient. When the frying is very dry, add white sugar and stir evenly.
