Colorful Nutritious Oil-free Bean Paste Mooncakes (no Need to Bake)
1.
The previous photos have been deleted due to insufficient memory in the phone. Use this big white bean to wash and add water, soak overnight and peel it (I peeled it one by one by hand, it's easy to peel), wash it and put it in a non-stick pressure cooker. I boiled for 20 minutes, took out the pot body, drained the water, then pour the cooked beans into the non-stick wok, put an appropriate amount of soft white sugar (according to the taste), use a large spoon to crush until there are no particles The shape can be filled out for later use.
2.
I first use the original color to use the mold (put the pre-fried cooked powder in the mold, shake it to pour out the remaining powder) to buckle out the model.
3.
I also used three kinds of vegetable powder: green tea powder, tomato powder, beet powder and white bean paste and Hoyun, to deduct the other three different colors of bean paste mooncake shapes. Put the deducted product on the bottom of the knife holder (otherwise it will leave fingerprints).
Tips:
The softness and hardness of the bean paste is the key. The fried bean paste should not be too dry.
