The black cheese mousse I made for my husband’s birthday. The sandwich cake uses a 6-inch sponge. My husband took a bite, and the rest is basically in my stomach. It’s so delicious that I have no friends!
By the way, I like prank kisses, but I didn’t expect that I would be so confused that I misspelled the word chocolate!

Ingredients

Birthday Cake-black Cheese Mousse

1. Sponge cake slices into 3 slices, actually use 2 slices

2. Cream cheese is softened at room temperature, add sugar and stir until smooth and set aside

3. The gelatin slices are soaked in cold water in advance, and the chocolate is cut into small pieces and the gelatin slices are heated in water to melt

4. Add the egg yolk while it is hot, stir quickly and evenly, stir for a while to cool down the liquid

5. Mix the chocolate paste with the cheese paste that was evenly stirred before and stir well

6. Beat the whipping cream to 7 for distribution

7. Stir the whipped cream and chocolate cheese paste evenly

8. Spread a piece of cake on the bottom of the mold, pour mousse on top, and sprinkle with diced dragon fruit
