Strawberry Chocolate Mousse

Gelatine tablets are soaked in ice water to soften

Use mousse rings to cut out cake slices of appropriate size

Prepare Favna Chocolate

Add milk and melt in water
5.
Add gelatine flakes and stir well
6.
Whipped cream and sweetened to a milkshake shape

Put the cake slices into the mousse ring and wrap the bottom with plastic wrap

Pour the whipped cream into the chocolate and stir well
9.
Pour the mousse into the mold
10.
Keep in the refrigerator for more than four hours

It can be demoulded after solidification

Sprinkle crackers on the surface

Tips:
1. The mousse ring is 6cm in diameter, this amount can be made three
2. The chocolate itself has coagulability, so you don’t need to add too much gelatin.
3. For the biscuits, I use cherry blossom flavored Oreo, the grainy taste will be better!
