Black and White Marble Durian Mousse

Preparations: 1 Puree durian meat 2 Oreo biscuits (cored) smashed, or put in a fresh-keeping bag and crushed with a rolling pin 3 Melt the butter to liquid. 4 Soak the gelatine slices in cold water, soak it softly and squeeze the water into the milk for later use. Add sugar to the milk.

Stir the crumbled biscuits and butter, spread them on the bottom of the mold, compact and flatten, and refrigerate until solidified.

Heat the milk in the microwave until the gelatine is completely melted, stir well. Mix the milk and durian puree evenly and set aside.

The whipped cream is beaten to 60% to 70%, and lines and flow are just beginning to appear. Mix the durian milk solution and whipped cream evenly, and the mousse is complete.

Take a small portion, about half a bowl of mousse paste, add bamboo charcoal powder and mix until black. Scoop a spoonful of black into it, and then a spoonful of white into it. It's random, don't need to be tangled, alternately, it doesn't matter as much as possible.

Use a toothpick to swipe at will. Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for more than five hours or overnight.
