Butter softened ahead of time

Remove the filling of Oreo biscuits, mash them with a rolling pin, it’s okay to have small particles, set aside

120g low-gluten flour, 1g salt, 2g baking powder, 15g sugar xiaoduo mix
15 grams of sugar xiaoduo can also be replaced with the same amount of white sugar

Add 20 grams of whole egg liquid to loosen it by hand (wearing disposable gloves)

Set aside some crumbs in a small bowl (used to sprinkle on the surface of Oreoscon)

Add 55 grams of milk

Add 35 grams of Oreo crushed and knead until there is no dry powder. Scon does not need to knead too much
