Oreo Cocoa Towel Roll
1.
The ingredients are ready.
2.
Knock the eggs into a bowl, add 15 grams of sugar and mix well
3.
Pour the milk and mix well with a whisk.
4.
Sift the low flour and cocoa powder into a bowl and mix well. Add the melted butter and stir well.
Sieve the mixed batter three times to make the batter more delicate.
5.
Heat a pan on low heat, pour a little oil, brush well, or spread it with kitchen paper, scoop a spoonful of batter into the pan vertically, turn the pan slightly, let the batter flow evenly around.
6.
The temperature of the pot should not be too high, otherwise the batter won't spread. Heat on a small fire until large bubbles appear on the surface, and take it out after the surface is completely solidified. The cake is very thin, so it cooks very quickly, and the whole process must be guarded, indicating that the solidification is taken out immediately.
7.
The crust is fried and spread on the countertop to cool.
8.
After everything is done, when the crust cools down, we can beat the whipped cream and add the remaining 15 grams of sugar to the whipped cream.
9.
Lay the crusts one by one, stack the two pieces slightly, spread the whipped cream in the middle of the crusts, and leave all around so that they don’t cover all of them. Use a spatula to smooth the surface of the whipped cream.
10.
Sprinkle the Oreo pieces. Roll the Oreo pieces with a rolling pin in advance, not too big.
11.
Fold the edge of the crust to the middle and stick it on the cream.
12.
Gently roll it up from one end, press it down to shape it, and then put it in the refrigerator for a while to let the whipped cream solidify and harden slightly.
13.
After setting, take out the cream roll and sprinkle with cocoa powder to decorate.

Super simple and delicious desserts are ready to serve! My kids always hold and nibble directly, don’t need to cut them, eat the bigger ones, it’s super enjoyable!
Tips:
The crust is relatively soft, so it should be a little lighter when handling it. Don't use a spatula when it is out of the pan. Gently throw the pastry up, put half of the crust on the spatula, and then gently move it to the tabletop.
The cream is easy to melt when heated, so the crust must be cooled thoroughly before applying light cream. Oreos can also be replaced with a variety of diced fruits. Mangoes, strawberries, and other slightly softer fruits are delicious with them!
