Black and White Vegetables in Oyster Sauce

1. Cut garlic and ginger well.

2. Wash the black and white vegetables, control water, and cut into sections.

3. Put oil in a pot and heat, add garlic and ginger until fragrant, add vegetables.

4. Stir fry until soft, add oyster sauce and salt.

5. Mix well and turn off the heat.
