Black Fish Bone Winter Melon Soup

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in cold water.

Wash the black fish bones. Drain the water.

Fish bones are fried in a frying pan and served out.

Put the fried fish bones into the inner pot of the rice cooker.

Pour the shiitake mushrooms into the inner pot of the rice cooker along with the water for soaking the shiitake mushrooms, add an appropriate amount of water, put the inner pot in the rice cooker, and turn on the electric cooker for 20 minutes

Cut the winter melon into hob pieces.
