Black Sesame Mochi Bread

Heat butter, milk, and sugar over low heat until melted, and cool to hand temperature.

Pour the mochi mix into the liquid.

Add an egg.

Put on disposable gloves and knead the material into a smooth dough.

Add black sesame

Knead evenly.

Divide the mochi dough into 12-16 portions evenly, knead and place them in a baking tray.
8.
Preheat the oven at 200°C for ten minutes. Put the baking tray on the middle of the oven and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
9.
Place the baked mochi in the oven for another five minutes before taking it out.
