Blood Cake—anyang Traditional Snack

Buy the finished blood cake, sliced. (Blood cake is made with soba noodles and pig "blood-activating" and steamed with seasonings.)

Put oil in the pot, and fry the sliced blood cake when it is about 70% hot.

Fry until brownish-red, turn over.

Flip and fry until deep-fried until both sides are reddish brown and picked up.
