The first time I ate blood cakes was in Fenghuang. Since I was a kid, I was fascinated by the delicious blood cakes when I ate glutinous rice food. Later, when I came to Huaihua, I came across this blood cake at the vegetable market, which made me happy. Well, so my family buys the blood cake stir-fry every three to five times. The cubs also like to eat it. The blood cake duck is one of Hongjiang’s special delicacies. You must try it when you come to Huaihua.
