Hongjiang Blood Cake Duck

The duck is processed and chopped into small pieces

Wash the blood cake

Cut into pieces

Prepare the chilli and ginger for later use

Hot oil pan

Add minced ginger and stir fry for a fragrance

Pour the duck in and stir fry together until the duck meat changes color

Cover the pot and simmer for about five minutes

Put the red pepper and minced garlic in

Pour the blood cake in too

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and stir slightly

Pour some water along the side of the pot

Cover the pot and simmer

Cook until the juice is collected
Tips:
1. The blood cake is cooked food, don't cook it for a long time;
2. When cooking, pour in an appropriate amount of rice wine to get rid of fishy and make the duck meat delicious.
