Blood Cockles

Ingredients: blood cockles (washed), minced ginger

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce to the minced ginger

Add 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Mix thoroughly into dipping sauce

Next, pour the boiling water that has just been boiled and the blood cockles

Then, close the lid and soak for ten seconds

Finally, open the lid and pour out the water
8.
Put it on the plate and enjoy it beautifully. . .
Tips:
Do not brew the blood cockles for too long.
