Boiled Boba Pearls
1.
Add 2500ml of water to the pearl pot.
2.
Press the progress adjustment button to select the pearl boiling function, and the adjustment time is 30 minutes. Then select the pearl stew function, and the time is also set to 30 minutes.
3.
Turn back to the boiling water step and press the start button.
4.
When the pearl pot drips, it means that the water is boiling. Open the lid and pour in 500g of pearls, and stir while pouring. When the pearl particles are clear, the lid can be closed.
5.
When the pearls are cooked and simmered, the pearl pan makes a dripping sound. Open the lid and pour the pearls on the sieve.
6.
Add ice cubes to the sieve to cool down, and rinse with direct drinking water (ice wash). (The ratio of ice cubes and pearls is 1:1)
7.
Weigh 150g of white sugar and 80cc of direct drinking water in a container, and mix well.
8.
Pour the rinsed pearls into a container filled with sugar water, and stir evenly. (It tastes better when left standing for 30 minutes)
