Boiled Taro with Green Lentils

Prepare the ingredients.

Tear off the green lentils and wash them.
3.
Peel the taro, wash, and cut into pieces with a hob.

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant, add taro, add cooking wine and stir fry until the surface is wilted

1. Fried taro is delicious only if you put more oil on it.
