Braised Lentils

Prepare the amount of green lentils

Add water to the pot, add a little salt to boil, put the cleaned lentils in a pot and boil on high heat, blanch the water on low heat for 2 minutes and then put it in cold water to cool

Put the drained lentils into the pot, pour the sauce made of light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and sugar into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat and turn to low heat to simmer

Simmer the lentils over low heat and cook them softly

Braised lentils are on the table
Tips:
1. Lentils are easy to be poisoned if they are not cooked, so it is recommended to blanch the lentils in a pot first to make the lentils green in color and not easily poisoned.
2. After blanching the lentils, they can be directly put into the sauce for cooking, no need to add oil and stir fry
3. Simmer until the lentils are flavorful, and after a few simmers, you can get out of the pot
