Boiled Vermicelli with Flower Crab

Wash the flower crab and cut into pieces. This one is a large one. If it is small, use two.

Heat a pot with a little oil, sauté the shallots, ginger and garlic.

Pour cold water, better soup, add a little cooking wine, boil until the soup is white.
