My favorite porridge, especially seafood porridge, is very fresh and sweet. Outside restaurants use stale ingredients, so you can make healthy nutrition at home!

Seafood Congee

1. Wash the clams, boil in the water, remove them, and rinse them for later use

2. Wash the crabs and cut into pieces, remove the shells and wash the shrimp threads, and shred the ginger

3. Wash the fresh mushrooms, wash the green onions and cut into sections

4. Wash the fragrant rice and soak in clean water for 30 minutes, then boil on high heat. After boiling, turn to medium and low heat and cook until the rice is slightly rotten

5. Then add flower crab, shrimp, clams, shredded ginger, salt, oil, turning it from time to time

6. Cook until the seafood is cooked and the rice is rotten, then add pepper and green onion coriander

7. Turn to turn off the fire

Tips:

Turn off the heat as soon as the green onions and coriander are put and mix evenly. The rice should be soaked for 30 minutes before cooking
