Bone Marrow Stewed Lotus Root

Peel and wash lotus root.

Cut thick slices.

The bone marrow is ready.

Cut into small pieces.

Chop the green onion and ginger.

Heat the pan with cold oil.

Heat oil with onion, ginger, bone marrow, and salt.

Stir fry until the bone marrow is slightly discolored.

Cut carrot slices.

Pour in the lotus root and carrots, stir-fry evenly, and add water.

Pour into the saucepan.

Simmer slowly over medium and small heat.

Simmer for about 25 minutes.

Add chicken essence and coriander and stir well.
