Bone Meat and Lotus Root Soup

Soak the bones and meat into pieces in clean water for one hour to soak in bleeding water.

Wash and drain.
3.
Peel the lotus root, wash and cut into pieces.
4.
Put the bones in the purple casserole, add enough water, boil on high heat, and skim the foam.
5.
Add sliced ginger, salt, pepper, cooking wine, vinegar and a few peppers.
6.
Add lotus root, turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours before serving.
7.
Finished product.
