The kitchen is really hot this summer. Every weekend, I will add a few more meat dishes to the children to increase nutrition. It’s hot. I often mix and match all kinds of ingredients in one pot. My family said that this method is delicious. Those who love to chew on the bones. Those who love to eat meat have five flowers. If you want to beautify and have skin on the skin, haha, this big pot It can satisfy different tastes, and even the leftover soup is not wasted. Use it for stew in the next meal, the taste is even worse, the next meal is a great one!

Stewed Pork Belly with Home-cooked Bones, The Most Enjoyable One Pot

1. Prepare the ingredients, I put two big pieces of meat in it

2. Cut pork belly

3. The bone meat is divided into pieces, the skin is scraped and cut into larger pieces

4. Boil the pork belly, bone meat, and skin in a pot with cold water to remove any foam

5. Fish out the water control

6. Add vegetable oil to the pot, add white sugar, and fry the sugar color

7. Just when the sugar melts and bubbling, immediately pour into the meat and cover it with a lid to prevent it from breaking. Shake the pan and stir fry with a spatula when it does not collapse

8. Stir-fry on medium heat until the meat is colored, pour in boiling water without the ingredients, add soy sauce, cooking wine, star anise, cinnamon, green onion, ginger, and salt to boil for 3 minutes to volatilize the fishy smell

9. Pour into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, set the ribs, rich

10. The cooked pork belly is soft and hard, very delicious

Tips:

1 The pork belly should not be too small, it's basically smaller than the ribs

2 I deliberately added more soup this time, and I can use it to stew potatoes, cabbage, kelp, tofu, etc., all are very delicious next meal
