Wash the fish, remove the head and internal organs, and put a knife on the fish.

Tips:
When frying the needlefish, don't move too much, the fish will loosen up, just a little bit of frying. The fish itself is very tender, so the stewing time should not be too long. It is best to cook for 10 minutes.
