Braised Beef and Potatoes

Cut the steak into pieces and blanch the broccoli.

Peel and cut potatoes, carrots and tomatoes, and peel cooked quail eggs.

Heat oil pan, add sliced green onion, garlic slices, pepper noodles and stir fry until fragrant, then add potatoes, carrots and tomatoes and stir fry.

When the tomatoes are sautéed, add beef, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar, and continue to fry for 5 minutes.

Add water and stew, add quail eggs.

When the soup is low, add broccoli.
