Braised Beef Fish

The head of the beef fish is removed, cleaned, and the fish body is sliced.

After the oil is hot, add the pepper and aniseed and stir fry to create a fragrance

Add the fish and fry on each side

Add onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine
5.
Add the right amount of water, cover and stew
6.
When the fish is half cooked, add tomatoes and salt, cover and continue to stew
7.
Turn off the heat and serve, sprinkle with coriander foam
Tips:
Bring to a simmer on high heat, then simmer on low heat.
