I often have dried noodles at home because my family likes to eat them, and sometimes when I don’t know what to eat, I’m always used to cooking some noodles. Different brands of dried noodles do not produce the same effect when they are cooked. Some are easy to paste after being cooked, and they don’t taste chewy. So I like to buy different kinds of dried noodles to choose which one suits my taste. This time I tasted Arowana + Oval Noodles, and I felt that the taste was good, and the noodles were firmer and more chewy when you ate them directly. Even if I didn't eat it right away, after the photo was taken, the noodles were a bit lumpy. I didn't expect it to taste like fresh noodles. Paired with chicken legs and soup, it tasted so delicious. My son rushed to eat it with me. "

Braised Chicken Drumstick Noodles

1. Put chicken legs in a pot under cold water, add pepper, star anise, and ginger, and cook until the water boils.

2. Pour oil in the wok, add rock sugar and fry until maroon red.

3. Add chicken thighs and fry until both sides are colored, add green onions, ginger, and garlic.

4. Pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, add water and simmer for 20 minutes.

5. Do not stew the soup dry, save some, and turn off the heat when the soup thickens.

6. After the water in the soup pot is boiled, add Arowana+Ao Mai oval noodles and cook for 6 minutes.

7. After the noodles are cooked, take them out and put them in a bowl. Use the remaining water to boil the lettuce to pieces, and then take them out and spread them on the noodles.

8. Place the chicken legs on the noodles and pour the stewed chicken legs on the noodles.

9. Drizzle some chili oil on top before eating.

10. Finished product.

Tips:

1. Add water to the chicken legs and simmer for a while, the taste will be softer.
2. If the soup is not salty, the taste will be weak when it is poured on the noodles, so you can add some salt to the noodles to taste.
